Chef
Our chef focuses his attention on the details and does a
full setup in order to go above and beyond. He's won many awards,
including first place at the American Royal World Championship BBQ,
which is the world's largest. He beat out 500 teams and is also a
two-time whole hog championship, Kansas Grand
Champion. Additionally, he's made appearances on the Food
Network™ and at the Memphis in May Festival. You truly can't
find better barbecue.
